At about 10 am on the 5th, a massive mudslide occurred in Hutui Village, Fengxi County, Pucheng County, with a scale of about 10,000 cubic meters, resulting in 22 houses collapsed and 67 houses. A total of 38 households and 71 people were affected. Due to the inspection of the disaster victims, the warnings were timely, and the masses had all been transferred before the disaster, and there were no casualties.
On the afternoon of July 3, in response to this round of heavy rainfall, the Nanping Natural Resources Bureau deployed in advance to increase the density and scope of inspections by group and defense personnel and technicians, and implemented a “zero report” system within one hour, and the counties (cities, districts) )response actively. From the evening of July 4 to the early morning of July 5, the Pucheng County was flooded with heavy rain. The Nanping Natural Resources Bureau, with the assistance of the Meteorological Bureau, sent short-term (two-hour) weather warning and forecast information to the mobile phone of the group. At the same time, immediately notify the village cadres and the disaster-monitoring point monitors at the dawn of the day to intensify inspections, investigations and monitoring of hidden danger points and dangerous areas. At 9 o'clock on the 5th, there was a turbid yellow muddy water in the Hutu Village of Fengxi County, Pucheng County, and the scope continued to expand. According to the knowledge of the disasters learned from the disaster training course organized by the County Natural Resources Bureau, the ground disaster monitoring personnel judged that this was a precursor to the mudslide, so they quickly reported to the village committees, township governments, and county natural resources bureaus. Under the guidance of experts, the village cadres quickly organized the masses to transfer and evade according to the safe route indicated by《转移预案》. At about 10 o'clock, with a loud bang, half of the mountain was poured down, two houses were instantly submerged, and the other 20 houses were damaged to varying degrees.
Due to the continuous rains, the only road in the village was landslide, the rescue team could not enter the village, and the Fengxi Township Government organized the forklift and excavator to open the passageway and properly resettle the masses. At the first time of completion of the road repair, the County Natural Resources Bureau rushed to the scene with the technicians of the 1984 Brigade of Fujian Province to guide the scene for emergency response and to formulate plans to prevent secondary disasters.
